Got a call to my personal cell #, did not recognized the #, no message left; 30 seconds later got a call to my work cell # from the same #, again no message

NO MSG LEFT

Just received their call on my cell, the person left no message. Based on this thread, its sounds like a nuisance call.

"Urgent announcement regarding your electric bill."
A recording received on my cell...These people sell you an electric package and after all is said and done, your electric bill is higher due to miscellaneous fees that are added on.  Once you go with any of these people, it's an act of God to get them off your billing.  Don't fall for any broker that states they can save you money on your electric bill.
