Called this number back and it was AT&T.

Odd, my caller ID reads "Control netw".

This number call my home twice today and my phone continually rang even though I have a set number of ring before the answering machine picks up. Called number back three times while blocking my own number and someone announces that it's AT&T. It's not. The name comes up on the caller ID as "Controlled Netwe". It's a telemarketer.
