Gotta love these guys.  Brand new smart phone, and on the first day with the VERY FIRST CALL that I receive is this bleeping bleep!!!

One of my phone apps flagged this as scam/fraud.  Not sure which one it is... solar panels, IRS tax scam, student loan debt relief...
