Did you get the "unknown" call first and they hung up fast and then this number calls and hangs up fast ?

Someone just called ..it came up as "unknown" first and then this number called really fast

called at 5:45pm on 3/21. When I said "Hello" there was a bit of delay then a woman (sounded young) said "Hello", then I said "Hello" again and nothing so I hung up.
