Calls from this number are coming in every day.  The caller breaks the connection without saying anything.

the number was stolen from a local business. The company who stole the number is called Luminous Brites. They offer free trials of teeth whitening product but unfortunately rip consumers off. They run a massive telemarketing campaign and break the law all the time. In order to avoid prosecution they use a technology called phone spoofing. They use random phone numbers to appear on peoples caller IDs to throw off the recipient of the phone call.
