Spoke Spanish. After I told them I was the police and asked for their name and company they immediately hung up....

Keep getting calls from someone from this number speaking Spanish. Caller ID says Unavailable. It's bad enough when I keep getting calls from scammers in English, but now getting them in another language ... Wow. What next ... Russian, Chinese ... The government has the technology to stop this. Why don't they?

Because the callers are using computers to spoof their numbers, identities and locations, making them next to impossible to trace and prosecute.
