My business line rings in my home because we take emergency calls 24x7

Phone rang at 10:25PM.  Robo call started out saying "Attention Business Owners...if you need extra cash..."

I hung up.

Got this call again during business hours this time.

Same thing happened to me.  10:35 pm March 5.  I listened to the complete recorded message the next morning during business hours and they give no information about the organization they represent.
