Has called here 3 times this afternoon and hangs up when we answer the phone

giving me money ???

Some creepo called me from this number today and left a vulgar voice message on my machine.

Received a call offering $8,000 in grant money. I knew It was a scam from the start, but went along. The rep advised me he was from the Treasury Department in Washington D.C. and I was 1 of 1,500 people chosen in the country. I told him to send me a check. He told me my only options were for them to direct deposit into my bank account or on a credit card. He asked me for credit card information or my bank account number. I told him absolutely not! Take me off your list.

They've called me five times today and hung up everytime I answer the phone. I've asked them to take me off of their list a total of 16 times already.
