Keeps calling

this person try to inform me a utility rebate program going on in New jersey. and quite surprising he was almost with a tone ordering me to pick up my utility bills and discuss with him.  I hang him up right away, and he call me right back, and i hang up on him again.

I received several calls from different numbers.  Today took the cake.  I got an incredibly rude and obnoxious caller, who In one breath says I do my job "very well" and in the next called me a LIAR because I would not "transfer" him to the individual he was calling for.  Completely unprofessional.

I have the same calls several times for the past weeks with different persons.  Today, the lady called again and with the ordering and authority tone to get my bill and discussed for the rebate.  I said I was busy and she said she would call me back at 4:30pm even I asked let me have your name and phone number and called you back.  She even used "making me guilty" tone that I did not go through the previous calls.

Same thing to me. I had to tell him I would contact police.  Called 4 times
