One ring, don't call back. IF YOU DO they'll confirm they called a working phone number. Block.

Just received a call from this number on my Brand New Cell Phone Number. I answered it and there was no one on the line. Kudos to Cease's post on March 21, 2016 who called the number back only to see that it was a Phishing Scam!

Same thing called no message now blocked. Jersey City Sucks. Wouldn't have answered from that shat hole town anyway.
