This company called my wifes cell phone 10 to 15 times in one day even after being told to stop. I called them back and got an automated answering service and placed our number on their do not call list and they still called back. It even got to the point that they would hang up when they heard my voice.

I get at least 5 calls a day from this number and every time I pick up NO ONE IS THERE!!!! I have called the number back to try and remove myself and I get a recording saying the number is no longer in service. Its quite annoying

Person called me twice on my cell phone.  I picked up the second time and they asked for someone I didn't know.  I told the man it was a wrong number and he said "well, since I have you on the line..." and proceeded to launch into a speech that he said was regarding government grants.  He continued to talk after I told him to take me off their call list and I finally hung up.
