Got this call on my smart phone. I did not answer it. Came here and found it's some sort of scam. Not going to call back.

No name on land line display, picked up before answering machine and just held until they hung up. What a waste the do not call list is.

Showed Closter, NJ on caller ID . Let the answer machine pick it up, and they hung up without leaving a message.
