They keep calling me on my cell phone today, 08/11/09, all day from this number without leaving a message!

I have been receiving calls every half hour some times, these people are crazy! My phone number is on the DO NOT CALL list now. But even so, how did they get my number? I pressed 2 to get off their list last night, but they are still calling me (8/11/09)
