Caller from bizsystemnow.net.. wants to charge $700 for licensing to conduct merchant services.. sounded like a great opportunity... but too much pressure to pay now.. not sure if scam or not

It called and then I called back , said it was disconnected  REALLY!!
so I blocked it  , tired of numbers like this
