Why do you call them witless? CRIMINALS ans SCAMMERS can make thousands of dollars with a single stolen credit card number from someone who is gullible enough to 1) answer a phone number they don't know; 2) answer survey questions; 3) give them their credit card number "to cover the small port tax" or some other BS charge for the "free" vacation.

Robo Josh from the prize center called MY CELL PHONE about a cruise. Sounded quite real, but ignored my question, "What time is it?"

When I answered the phone, no one responded, then they hung up. Most likely robo-caller.
