It's CableVision saying the bill is overdue.

Not sure why they don't show their name instead of coming up as 'unknown'.  At least I would then pick it up

Yep.  It's Cablevision.  If you owe them money, they are calling to collect and to let you know that if you do not pay, they will cut you off!

Cablevision/Optimum calling about an account balance...unfortunately for them I don't have cable and even if I did they aren't my local cable company.
