Charities, along with some Survey's and Political calls, are exempt from the DNC, however, they can still get into trouble for not placing you on a internal DNC when asked, you can also check your states laws in regards.  Some states have different laws in regards to the calls,  which can differ from the federal.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or less. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Report your callers here if they continue to call and harass:

Just got a call from this number. My phone company only provides 25 slots for rejection function. So After reached 25, I do not pick up the call from unknown numbers. DO NOT CALL LIst is useless.

DNC list is great, are you getting legit companies contacting you all the time? Or are they scammers. Because people doing illegal things don't follow the law or the DNC list. See how that works? You can go online to Amazon and put in call blocking box. You can get a decent sized one for under 100 bucks. Best thing you'll ever buy.

Rec'd first time call. No message left. If a caller does not leave a message, it's [***]. Let it be.

This loser has called me at 8:46 PM on a Friday night. I hope they die in their sleep.
