Caller: Loan scam

The computer left a message that I applied for a payday loan, which I did not do, & gave the same pre approval code as everyone else here.. I called the number back in hopes to get a live person & request they remove my number only to get the phone company "the number you dialed is no longer in service". I verified & reverified that I was calling the right number so I'm baffled. I went to their website but you can't opt out, all you can do is apply for the loan. I added it to my auto reject list.

Got a call. Said hello and phone went dead. Called back and recording said the number was disconnected.
