I have debt and this number has called me almost 10 times today (and I turned my phone off for half the day because I was sick of it). 3X in one hour! I hope they take me to court so I can bring my phone records. This is illegal.

This number keeps calling me asking for the previous owner of the phone.

What is wrong with this debt collection service. For months they've called the wrong telephone number , my cell phone, looking to collect a debt from someone I have never heard of before. Can anyone give me more information of this service, Company name, owner's name address I would greatly appreciate it.

I received a call from this number, declined to answer, and the message on my answering machine says "Hi this is call is for <my first name><my husband's last name>, this is Danielle Morgan <no company ID> and it's very important that this call is returned today at 1 866 244 2180."  I call BS because a) this isn't my correct name, b) she doesn't identify who she's with, and c) WTF is up with people calling me from one number trying to get me to *call them back* at an 800/866 number?  Why would I do that?
