I saw this number calling me, but I ignored it as I do not answer calls from unfamilar numbers. First I did a google search on it to be sure it was not a debt collector. None of the results showed it was from a collector. All the info I have is this number comes from Secaucus, NJ...nothing shows if it is a person or business owning this number.  So I called the number back and I got a recording saying the number is disconnected or is no longer in service.

SAME HERE!!! I got a missed call (because I didn't notice my phone ringing) from this same number. Just called it back and it said it has been disconnected. weird.

found out that when you call this number back it states that they are disconnected.  Did a further search and found out this information: The 201-625 exchange is serviced by the following companies within the FAIR LAWN ratecenter.

•ALLEGIANCE TELECOM OF NEW JERSEY, INC.
•LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC - NJ
•CELLCO PARTNERSHIP DBA VERIZON WIRELESS - NJ
Calls are routed via OCN 4145 on a switch located in the Fair lawn, New Jersey area.

I did call my Verizon Wireless and they stated that they would leave a message and it would be a different phone number -one that I would recognize as theirs-- 800#- and when we would call back it would state what they wanted or to call them.  Verizon Wireless believes it is a telemarketer and not from them.
