Got a call this morning claiming he was from Windows and I had logged into a page and my computer was compromised. Told him I would run a scan on it and check it out. He said my scan wouldn't pick it up but my computer would crash and be wiped clean. Had a heavy Indian accent and told me his name was Brad Nell. Told him I was leaving for a few hours and he offered to call me back. Got this number when I insisted on it and he was extremely reluctant to give it to me. I asked which Windows operating system he was concerned with since I had two computers both being worked on and he couldn't tell me. Needless to say I did not call back but the call display had the number 999-910-0492.

Oh my goodness, all these accounts of the same phone numbers, Microsoft,  and things said are EXACTLY what happened to me last night at midnight and they called again just now, like they said they would!  I also told this "Rosie" with the thick accent, that I didn't trust this and they gave me the 201 # as a call back number.  I was so miffed that they woke me from a deep sleep and still insisted I get to my computer!  How annoying!!  I told them I was going to talk to my computer guy and they were to never call me again.

Caller claims that my windows Operating system is compromised.  Gives the name listed on phone book as the person in the house.  Claims that we have a CLSI errors and provides a long ID code.  When I told them that they are a scam, he got quite upset and started yelling at me.  I asked for a call back number and this is what he gave.  Said his name was Peter.  I hung up and called the authorities as this is happening quite often.  I was told to just hang up and them.  Do not engage.

I have 3 Computers that I have bought from Traders World over the years, each supporting 4 monitors. They are only used for trading. I run Trade Station on them with very complex proprietary algorithms that need extensive computing power. The Tech E Support are both amazingly quiet and fast and I am totally satisfied with them. I have had no mechanical problems with them. I, after buying my first, bought a “trading computer” from another vendor, and to my constant regret it was unbearably noisy, and mechanically a hard drive went out after less than a year of use. I did not even bother to repair it – I just bought a second Tech E Support, and then a third one a few months later. I will not even bother to check out any other source for trading computers after 3 years of experience now with Sonatas.

I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful computer which I purchased. It is very quiet, which I really need as I spend a lot of time beside it (I am trading all day everyday). It is very reliable. We had a few strong storms and the TV was affected in my house, but not the " Tech E Support " computer. It is also very fast, which again I need for day trading. The thing I like the most is the fact that I can use 4 monitors (or more) with it, so I can see as many charts as I need at the same time. I have been trading now for more than 3 years and I am very happy with the quality of the computer. If I were to buy another one (which I don't think it's going to be the case, since it's a very good computer) I would definitely buy another " Tech E Support ". I would also like to mention the fact that I am in Canada and the computer arrived in perfect condition and pretty fast too.

I would also like to commend Roger Mood for his kindness, availability, professionalism and patience with me. I am not a computer pro, so he was very kind to walk me through the steps when I set up my computer and also when I wanted to view more than one chart. Every time I needed something he was there to help me figure it out.
