There are a couple of debt collectors that use that caller ID.  Both based in new Jersey.  Can't remember the name of them off hand, but will try to post something for you.  In the meantime:

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

The call was from Verizon trying to sell  upgraded wi fi services and television services. They called several time abd I didn't answer because my caller ID doesn't identify them. Finally I answerwed it and told them I was not interested. I have Verizon phine serice and WiFi.

Just got a call from them I filed bankruptcy last June

Unwanted calls from this number even though I'm on the Do Not Call list.
