unlicensed illegal debt collector for SilverCloud Financial - an illegal online payday loan company.  Called and was verbally threatening, but backed down when I responded seeking a time and place with which he could try to carry through his physical threats.  These people are scumbag scam artists.  The loans are illegal.  You do not have to pay them back.  They will try to intimidate, they will threaten with collections (they cannot follow through on this), they will threaten worse than that.  Bottom line is they are cowards and will not do anything that brings them out into the open, where they can be arrested for criminal usury. Use any calls from them as an invitation for cathartic release - call them every name in the book until they hang up on you.  Eventually they will stop calling.  it would be a good idea to record the call and submit it to your state department of financial services or department of consumer affairs.  especially if you can get their address.
