Caller ID comes up as Oradell NJ. Picked up on 2nd ring and got a dial tone. Called right back and a guy named Joe answered to offer to reduce the interest rate on my mortgage.  Interrupted his speech and told him I wasn't interested, then blocked this number. I've been getting frequent missed calls from this number recently, so wanted to find out who it was. I always check 800Notes and Google before I block unknown numbers, but couldn't find anything on this caller.
