Calls my cell-- a scam

Called but hung up before I could check the number on the computer.  It is from New Jersey.  I assume it is associated with somehow with a GPS Mobile Personal Medical Alert System Company that I did not renew for another year and they are hounding me to death wil calls from PA and New Jersey.  Serive was good but the upped the price to $600.00 per year and I opted to go with someone else.  They keep sending me bills they say I owe for the 2nd year which I opted not to renew.  Be careful when signing up for Personal Medical Alert Systems as this company preys on Older and Disabled people to get as much money out of them as the can.

phone ran twice then hang up

Called my cell & rang twice then hung up.  I returned the call and was answered by "Julie from Reward redemption services" whose recording said I visited one of their affiliated web sites recently.  They offered a $100 gift cert to a major retailer just press 1. I pressed 1 and received a recording that this call cannot be completed.  SCAM!
