It's called 'LipoSlim' and it is a total scam. You should be able to program your phone to block this number > 201-574-1010 I just did that. I am in British Columbia.

Northern Alberta - Have been getting calls from this number for about 3 weeks.... Answered once only music.... voicemails are never left... Extremely annoying...
