When I googled this number it came up as a company that dealt with personal and education loans. Looks like that market has dried up (or the phone number was reused) for a company that pitches health benefits. Caller asked for the person who handled the company's health benefits.  I hung up.

They call CONSTANTLY and hang up EVERY TIME.  At least once a day.  It's some sort of loan company (possibly CitiGroup?) and I have no idea why they want me.  I have nothing to do with them.  It's annoying, and should be ILLEGAL.
