The guy said his name was Douglas Gray and he was going to rent us his home in Loveland, CO ~ but things just seemed to good to be true so I did some research and it's a scam he's done to several people trying to get them to send him $500.00 for a deposit.  The house is actually for sale, and I have notified the sailing agent.  BE VERY CAREFUL IF IT LOOKS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE AND THE GUY SOUND "FOREIGN" AND WANTS MONEY WIRED TO HIM FOR THE KEYS.

He is on Choiceofhomes in Austin, Texas and on Hotpads in Littleton, Colorado doing the same scam.

He's scamming Alaska too. What a shame.

Oh my gosh!  I am looking for a house for my family to rent and ran upon an ad on Zillow for a house in Riverside, CA  3 BR  $1000.  WAY too good to be true!  This was the number he called me from after corresponding several times by e-mail!  it was definately the same guy, but he used the name Robina Masih (typically a woman's name)
