unknown number calling

...came in, at 1:20pm. My answering machine picked up the call, and the caller stayed on the phone, not saying a word, while there were others talking, in the background. Sounded like an Asian language.The caller yawned and continued sitting on the phone, not saying a word. This went on for about a minute, then the caller hung up. Was the caller waiting me out, hoping I'd answer the phone? Was just weird.

A disgusting caller with a foreign accent. telling my Wife he "wants her [***]'. Totally inappropriate and un professional. I would like people like this to be caught and put behind bars! He also stated he is "watching her".
Total A hole.

This caller-ID left a strange message--heavy breathing with people talking in the background and then a male began speaking in what sounded like Arabic. CID was 201-555-0195 "Direct Assist NJ". I believe there is no "555" exchange in production in the U.S. so this is likely a spoofed number.

i usually don't pick up calls like this as 99.99% are prank calls. guy kept breaking up and i told him I could hardly hear him. Only strange thing was that I heard him ask if i was having trouble with Skype..which i was... couldn't turn on front camera even though all my settings were correct. Maybe Skype has been hacked or me? i have reached my limit of blocking anonymous calls and other calls with my cable co. Comcast
