Why would I answer a call from Weehawken, New Jersey?  It must be a weird place with weird people who think I would answer a call from a number I don't know in WEEHAWKEN, New Jersey.  Stop wasting my time and yours. Please don't call me again.  I will not answer.  I am on the Do Not Call List.  Does that matter?
Sorry folks, get a real job.

How can we stop all these unwanted calls? It is very annoying. Whoever they are, they should be arrested for invasion of privacy.

Phone screen displayed WEEHAWKEN NJ and this number. I let it go to answer, but no message was left.

Don't believe everything you think. You'll start behaving like one of Bammie's minions.
