When I picked up it was an Automated response system trying to confirm my name by asking me to select some numbers confirming the same. So I suspect this is trying to extract information. My suggestion is not to reveal any information or even confirm anything. In my case it had the correct name on the other end so you may be tempted to confirm it but I didn't because it has not revealed to me who is calling.
