My husband got a call today from a man who claimed that he was from Dell and that my husband's computer was flagged as being in jeopardy, had a virus on it that would make it crash at any time.  He instructed my husband to follow commands to allow him to access the computer to check for viruses.  Unfortunately my husband complied.  I am now running my own system to find out what was installed.  This guy had a thick Indian accent but said his name was Mark Peterson.  Be aware of this scam before it is too late and the scammers have access to your personal banking information.
