Thanks to all the folks who have reported this number. IF I even HAD a credit card (haven't had one since '06), I still won't answer to these calls, who use a numerical system to call ALL numbers in a row, in order, right down the list. They didn't need to 'get' your number from anywhere/anyone, they start a computer dialing numbers, FOR EXAMPLE, 2012011234, 2012011235, and so on. They will hit your number eventually. SO if you don't respond to or even answer this call, the computer will store it in a file of no answer numbers and dial it again later, at a different time of day. TO those of you who don't understand it, relax. They still don't know squat about you. If they did, they would know whether you had one fo their cards already, and if your card is compromised, they already know it, I would wait and initiate the contact to the institution in question, on my own. I miss a few calls because I do not answer unknowns or stupid numbers that make no sense, but I avoid carp like this...

I got a voicemessage from this number.  It said "you are being transferred to our security department".  that was the entire message.

The phone message informed me my debit card had been locked due to security reasons and I could press 1 to clear it.  If you press 1, it takes you to a second menu that "allows" you to tranfer to their security department and then requests that you enter your 16 digit account number.  Scary.

I received an automated call from third number telling me my MasterCard had been deactivated. I've never owned a MasterCard. It told me to select one to reactivate it. If I had, it would have probably asked for my account number. Total hoax

This has to be a scam. This number called my work cell phone. None of my credit or debit cards are associated with my work cell phone number and as such, my banks would NOT be calling me on that number to advise me of any issues with my cards.

BEWARE!!! I wouldn't follow any of the prompts or provide any card information if I were you.
