Called and hung up..no message

Called my cell twice and hung up

Just received a call, answered, and there was no response.  There was a great deal of hiss on the line so I'm guessing it's something from outside the country, and given other reports I saw about this being a scam associated with Pakistan, I have no interest in talking with them.
