I received a call today, same as above form "NJ Gas and Electric" saying I was entitled to a rebate. I not only dont have this company as my gas or electric provider, I am pretty sure they do not exist. I told the guy to go scam someone else.
Scary because they are obviously a fraud and dont even hide their number.

This number calls every day. When I opt out of offer. They use another number for same offer. They keep using different numbers and they
harrass all day.

This company called to ask if I received a "rebate check" that was sent out for my electric and gas. It sounded fishy and WAS. When I gracefully declined, the man called me a "high maintenance woman who probably overpays for everything anyway..." Can you believe it?! His name (allegedly) was CHRISTOPHER. What a jerk!

The guy called saying he was from NJ Gas and Electric. He said he sent us papers about something, and when i told him I don't handle our business electric bill, he asked if 'William' was the one who handled it. I told him there was no William here. He hung up. 2nd time he called today. Caller ID says Jersey city NJ
