Repeatedly calls to "inform me of government solar programs" claiming that it's not a sales call, but just providing information about how they can sell me solar panels. same thing. I've told them not to call, told them that I've been on the do not call list since 2008, they still call. I report every single one of their calls to the do not call registry report website.

I'm getting a swarm of calls from the NYC area this morning and this is yet another one of them.  None of them are known numbers and all are new to my blocked telemarketers list.  None will leave a message.  This one will be added to the pile.
