The "legit" Doctor Olds here. You are not fooling people trying to post using my Nym of the last 10 Years. People, please ignore the above impostor.
That website is not legitimate in any way, shape, or form. It was setup to defraud US Citizens out of Millions of Dollars per Month. www.vandegriftllc.com is nothing but a front for the fraudulent Credit Card Billing Crime Syndicate. This has been ongoing for over 8 Years now.
What "legit" web business "hides" from its potential customer base?? 3 results in Google? That is a fraudulent web front "hiding" from sight and hiding from all of the search engines.

Anyone that finds these fraudulent charges should call your Credit Card Company/Bank/Provider immediately.
a) State the charges are fraudulent (nothing else is correct) and don't call the web site number as that is how they trick you into not getting a chargeback mark on their Merchant Account. Talk only to your Credit Card Provider. Don't let anyone tell you these are Merchant Disputes as these are not merchants, they are criminals hiding in Eastern Europe using US based Cyber-Mules to wire the money to former Soviet Block Countries.
b) You may be asked to fill out a Affidavit for the fraudulent charges, that is fine and very easy to do. Do not let the Service Rep try to tell you it is a Merchant Dispute as those are for legitimate businesses that you actually have made a business transaction with. These are criminal front sites and are funneling Millions out of the US each month using $8.00 to $14.00 dollar charges on thousands of cards at a time (some charge in the under $20 dollar range while some charge in the $20 to $40 dollar range). Do the math, it is a lot of money being wired overseas.
c) Request a new account number and updated replacement cards. Your old Credit Card is in their hands now and you will continue to get fraud charges until you kill that CC account. Don't take no for an answer from the Customer Service Rep at your CC provider as you need to put a dead end on the old account number to take the candy from the thieves.
Hope this helps.
