Call just once today!Don't know what they want though!

Get up to 4 and 5 calls in a row per day, and when I finally answer to stop the harassment, all I get is a dial tone.  I'm concerned this may be some attempt to hijack my phone for billable calls that I am not making.  Do not answer these calls.
