THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GET NOTHING RESOLVED****SCAM

We are a Law Firm that specializes in litigation against Debt Collectors for harassment. The client gets up to $1000 on FDCPA matters. We get paid by the debt collector. We have never taken a Dollar from a client for services upfront. I believe you are mistaken. We do not take upfront payments until services are rendered.

To summarize, we get you money. We do not get paid by clients and dont take any money for our services from the consumer. WE DO NOT TAKE MONEY FROM OUR CLIENTS, WE GIVE OUR CLIENTS MONEY FROM THE DEBT COLLECTORS.

"We are a Law Firm"  What is the legal name and address of this law firm and what state(s) are you registered in?  Should be no problem telling us since you claim you are on the up and up.  "The client gets up to $1000 on FDCPA matters."  If that is what you are settling for, then you certainly are not a very good law firm.  Your clients should be getting much more than that.   I guess that is supported by this statement "We do not take upfront payments until services are rendered."  Since payments rendered after services were completed would no longer be considered "up front".

So far "Alex" you have convinced me not to use whatever law firm you work for.

Soliciting claims against collection agency.  I just want credit repaired, but these guys were more interested in my wife helping them extort money from collection agencies.  I told her we won't see a penny and the attorney will get the money, not us.  Not interested in helping create a false claim.
