Got a call from this number - also said DBA Town Deli M. Didn't answer, didn't leave a message.

Received a call from this number on my land line at 2:15 pm today. No message left on the answering machine. CID: DBA TOWN DELI M ... Checked 800notes.com and the number is now blocked. Thanks again.

Spam. Nothing else

I received a call from this numbers saying that they are my card company and that they want to give me a lower interest rate. Although it sounded a bit official, they wanted me to verify a bunch of information before they would verify anything to me. I told them that I was not comfortable verifying the information unless I spoke with my credit card company directly. They insisted that they were my cc but I was not comfortable.

They are not your credit card company. This is an old scam like "Rachel from Card Services"....
No punishment for them could be harsh enough
