got a call asking about former Yugoslavia... what is this?

People in this company are ignorant [***].  They keep calling my number to sell their product after I’ve asked them repeatedly to stop calling me.
I used their long distance service briefly and they charge $0.25 for unconnected calls.  When I found this out I stopped my service.   Ever since then (about a year) I’ve been receiving sales calls and I’ve asked them many times to stop calling me.  They all act stupid and they all act like they can’t talk English when I tell them not to call my number.  And after few days they call again.  When I start speaking English they hang up.
When I call them back and ask for a supervisor they act stupid, they say the supervisors are in a meeting, and some of them act like they can’t speak English and hang up.
These people are totally unprofessional, ignorant, unethical, and obnoxious.
I would not recommend this company to anybody.

they keep calling my personal cell phone number, not sure why. the one time I did try to speak to a real person and get my number removed from their call base, I could not understand them at all. I do NOT want any  more calls from this number.
