When I answered, they identified themselves as an Electrical Power provider (seeking to replace Con Ed). I can't guaranteed that the number isn't also used for other telemarketing efforts but that is the one that called me.

someone at this number has called my phone multiple times. When you answer there's no one there. Beyond annoying.
