unknown caller

The call was from Ramsey, NJ and said they were calling for the Columbus,OH Dispatch newspaper offering me more coverage---told them I wasn't interested  but he continued talking---I said THANK YOU and hung up---this number was on my caller ID from previous calls.

I am constantly getting calls from this number.  I have answered a couple of time and they hang up.  I also let it ring and they never put a message on my machine
