OK, I'll be the first to report this.  My wife received a call on this number to her cell phone.  The number did not leave a message, and she does not know (or at least, no longer knows) anyone from this area of New Jersey.  Other services are suggesting that this may be a Skype or Vonage number and that the number has received a number of spam complaints starting today on other services.  I suggest not answering this number unless they leave a message.  If you are brave enough to do so, please augment this report with whatever you find out by doing so.

Called my cell, but I did not answer.  They did not leave a voicemail.
