Got a call. Answered and they hung up.

Legacy homes wants to buy homes in my area. Left voicemail. All cash. 201-416-4214 I'm not a believe in unsolicited random calls.

Caller named Ralphie from Legacy Home Buyers left a message saying his company is looking to buy property in my area and they are highly interested in MY property. Too bad my mobile phone area code and exchange doesn't exist in my area. I live in a different area code than my mobile phone. So who's property are they really interested in? Seems like a scam too me.

Got a voice mail this morning from Legacy.  I did a quick Google search and found complaints involving Legacy Homes regarding mobile homes that they sold.  Can't tell if this is the same company.  Since I have no interest in selling my home, I did not call back and blocked this number on my cell phone.

Ralphie called looking to buy 'in my area', which is funny, because like 'Fed up' above, my mobile area code is different from where I live.
