What the hell...?

Received two calls to my cell number from this number. They leave no message. I called back, first there was jazzy music, then a guy calling himself Ray answered. I hung up.

Called, didn't leave a message.

Caller left almost a 3 minute voicemail, rambling about nonsense. Said he was in Florida, with a 201 NJ area code. Weird.
