Called my cell, asked by name for someone not at this number. Asked me if I owned the number; I replied by asking what the call is about. Offered compensation for injuries sustained as a result of surgical mesh implantation. No thank you. I hung up, added the number to my "block" list.

They keep calling me.  I am tired of it.  I hang up, they call back the next day.  I speak in another language, they call back.  I tell them my son is a policeman...does not make a difference.  They keep calling and calling.  I do not know what to do.

The caller cannot speak decent English. I cannot understand a word this person is saying.  And I called back the number and it says it is not a working number
