Called - answered, no talking. Called back- no connection. Phantom number?

Credit card company as usual trying to change over to their company.  They aksed (that's how they pronounced it) if someone could come by and I said her company calls repeatedly and the answer is the same.....no.  She said "all I'm aksing is if someone could meet with you".  Then she went into her spiel and I asked her what part of no did she not understand.  End of conversation.

I receive calls daily and no one says anything

Calls my business daily.  No one there.
