repeated phone calls

This number has called my house numerous times.  it started a couple of months ago, then stopped; thought it was because i signed up for the national no call registry.  now its starting again.  they call about 3-6 times a day.  i don't pick it up anymore because i've told them numerous times not to call but they still do.  they never leave a message.  the first time i ever picked up with them, he was trying to get me to donate money to their police station, i asked which station he was with and he just kept telling me "your local police station"  and kept saying why can't i be a good citizen and donate $25 or more, preferably 50-100$ to really help them out.  when i told him i needed to speak to my husband he said what are you afraid of your husband you should just donate.  and when i said it was because we couldn't afford to help at the time, he got even more P***ed off, said yeh yeh and hung up.  DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO OR MONEY TO THIS MAN ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!

Keep getting 4 or 5 calls a day from 201-399-2809.  They even had the nerve to call me at 1:00 a.m. I was asleep at the time.  I usually don't answer the call when I see this number.  I found out its a call from the Police Athletic League.  One time my wife answered and the person on the other side had a heavy Indian accent.  I don't recall seeing many Indian cops in Hudson County.  Next time they call I'll tell them I'm too busy masturbating to make a donation.

Got call, but we did not answer.  They left no message.  CallerID says Out of Area.
