the person called asked for payment for lab test from hospital that I have already been paid for. And the operator is very rude and hang up the phone when I refused to pay the bill

Called ID read Quest Diagnostics. They claimed I had an outstanding charge. They had my correct name, though I refused to confirm it with them. I asked which doctor had referred me and they gave me a name I've never heard. I have never been to Quest Diagnostics and think someone spoofed their number. Do not pay any bill over the phone!
